Giraffe

Hey guys! Do you remember Kindergarden G is for Giraffe. it's in all the books! Giraffes are huge! see more in the stats.

• Giraffes touge measures 27"
• Giraffes feet are the size of a dinner plate!
• a giraffes heart is 2 ft in length!
• Giraffes can run 35 MPH thanks to their increadbly long legs!
• when males (bulls) fight over females they will butt their heads together and one walks away. winner gets the girl.
• Giraffes can reach a staggering height og 15-18 feet!
• This height is a disadvantage as well. when they drink they must spread their legs in an akward position making them vunalrble for attack!

These guys are cute as buttons don't take them for granted! we want them to stay in those books! thanks i will post as often as possible baii!

Flamingo

Flamingo's are so pretty in pink. They are the creators of style. But how do they get this brilliant shade of pink. Just luck or do they know something we don't?

Flamingo Facts!

• Flamingo's are Pink Because they eat so much Krill! Since it is pink that is what color they turn
• Flamingo's stand on one foot alot
  
• Flamingo's can live 20-30 years!
• Flamingo's can fly to speeds of 37 MPH
• these birds can get to be 4 1/2 ft tall!
• and a 5ft wingspan!
• There nests are made of mud! Plech!

No matter wha these birds are spectular! And why fashion always needs a little pink!

Elephant

Aren't these guys so cute. sadly enough there aren't many left. elephants are one of the largest land animals on earth!

• elephant facts:

• elephants can weigh up to 300 tons!
• elephants eat trees leaves and veggies!
• elephants won't charge unless they feel threatened
• elephants use their ears to fan themselves and to appear bigger to preators.
• elephants can drink 2 gallons of water in a single gulp

these gentle giants need help all you need to do is not buy wildlife prouducts. that is what helps them the most! dont forget to see them at the zoo and donate!

Dolphin

Hey guys this is this weeks animal The dolphin!!! here are some stats:

• Dolphins are mammals.
• there are many different species of dolphin.
• they eat small fish and have been know to save drowning victims.
• they communicate by sending out a series of clicks to let others know that A. there is food or B.there is danger.

• dolphins are highly intelligent.

so if you like this little guy help save others the bottle nosed dolphin was my elementary school mascot. I think they are so cute I got to feed and touch one at sea world it felt so rubbery and soft they are such gentle creatures. save them and all the other animals sea or land that's all for now loves bye

Cheetah

This is the cheetah. It's my favroite animal. here are some of it's stats.

• scientits haven't counculated how fast these guys are!!! wow pretty fast huh?
• these guys eat antalopes hares meat more meat they are carnivores.
• avreage life span is 10-12 yrs
• these guys are the endangered!!!

Join me and save these guys they mean no harm as far as i know they only attach humans because they are butting into their habatit. so look more closely at this magnificent creature and help save it! baii baii loves

bear

Hello guys guess what this weeks animal is? right the brown bear here are some of it's stats.

• bears are mammals like you and me.
• bears hibernate in the winter. this means they will make a hole and climb through it most of the time females give birth during hibernation.
• bears like you and I eat both plants and animals. they eat things such as fish insects nuts sap and flowers.

• brown bears are doing well as far as I know.

so don't look at these guys as evil things that will kill you think of them as that soft teddy bear on your bed and remember this: they only attach when they need to they don't do it for fun. thanks guys have a "bear-y" good day

American Alligator

This is the American Alligator. here are some stats.

• it eats fish lizards and many types of mammals don't worry we humans are rarely on the menu!
• Roughly 1.25 million alligators live in Florida
  
• Alligators love fresh water not salt that's crocodiles!!! (steve Irwin's favroite)
• Habitat loss is big for these poor guys!!

• was on endangered species in 1967 but was removed in 1987.

I love these guys and it's just awful to think that people would kill these guys. so Join me in saving the American alligator. thanks guys.
