American Alligator
This is the American Alligator. here are some stats.
- it eats fish lizards and many types of mammals don't worry we humans are rarely on the menu!
- Roughly 1.25 million alligators live in Florida
- Alligators love fresh water not salt that's crocodiles!!! (steve Irwin's favroite)
- Habitat loss is big for these poor guys!!
- was on endangered species in 1967 but was removed in 1987.
I love these guys and it's just awful to think that people would kill these guys. so Join me in saving the American alligator. thanks guys.

I went to an alligator farm once when I was about 10 I think. It was really cool...but super stinky.
